<p><strong> This challenge group would only have 5 MEMBERS&#8230; They would ALL be doing the SAME WORKOUT PROGRAM, STARTING ON THE SAME DAY&#8230; THEY WOULD ALL BE REPLACING ONE MEAL A DAY WITH SHAKEOLOGY (&amp; yes, if you do not have Shakeology, that would mean you would have to be willing to invest in it&#8230; because if I am going to invest my time in working with you one on one&#8230; I need to know that you are willing to invest in your own health first!)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Because each member will have a different starting weight and goals, we will also be using the Beachbody Club membership to customize a meal plan specific to YOUR goals to get you the BEST possible results! 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I can&#8217;t believe how close my group is to finishing off this challenge!!  At this time I only have 2 active members left in the group!  I thought I would be disappointed about the others falling off the wagon but I&#8217;m actually really excited for the 2 that have stayed put and I&#8217;m also really excited to change things up for the people who have decided that P90X is just not their favorite workout.  There is a reason why they fell off the wagon.  If you don&#8217;t LOVE the workout you are doing&#8230;you are not likely to stick with it.  It doesn&#8217;t matter if you have paid a personal trainer $100 bucks an hour&#8230;if you don&#8217;t like it, you will quit.  I&#8217;m excited to move into the next phase of things for upcoming challenges to see if maybe I can help these guys find what they are looking for!!  ONLY 2 WEEKS LEFT!!  Bravo to my peeps who have made it this far!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Another week of DOUBLES!!  I&#8217;m absolutely loving my new doubles schedule!  I get up super early to crank out my first session of P90X&#8230;if it&#8217;s a work day, I&#8217;m up at 4am getting it done and then Insanity on my lunch hour.  I only work 2x a week outside of the home so on my &#8220;stay at home mommy days&#8221; I get up at 6:30 am to do my P90X and then I do Insanity sometime later in the day..it depends on my schedule!  I&#8217;ve decided that I don&#8217;t need 2 cardios in one day&#8230;so if it&#8217;s a P90X Cardio day like Kenpo X or Plyo..I pick and choose between Insanity or P90X for the day and just do one or the other&#8230;working out well! </strong></p>
<p><strong>My group is doing about the same!  I think they are pretty pumped up about making it through week 8!!  One of the ladies in my group told me that she now feels that this is just part of her lifestyle and that she feels &#8220;gross&#8221; if she doesn&#8217;t get her workout done!!!!  OMG&#8230;MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!  This is WHY I do this job&#8230;I can&#8217;t tell you how much it means to me when someone who did not workout AT ALL before this challenge&#8230;now tells me that it has given her this new confidence and feels AMAZING enough to make this her new lifestyle!  It&#8217;s priceless to me!!  I&#8217;m so proud of her and everyone else in the group&#8230;we only have 4 weeks left..and even though there have been ups and downs..I truly think that each person will have this new beginning&#8230;or at least an open door to start something new and create this new way of being!!  I say it like that because this is not just a 90 day program to get you fit&#8230;it&#8217;s a 90 day program to nourish your body..mind..and soul.  I know..kinda deep..but it&#8217;s true.  When you make exercise a part of your life&#8230;to the point where it feels weird if you skip it&#8230;you will feel better in so many ways!!  I love to be a part of this transformation&#8230;this is why I do what I do <img src='http://www.tonyalewis.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>So this week I throw in a little twist!!  I started yet another Challenge group with some local ladies who were interested in doing INSANITY!!  Now..I have done Insanity before and honestly&#8230;I loved it!  I&#8217;ve noticed during these first 6 weeks of doing strictly P90X&#8230;I&#8217;m in some serious need of some extra cardio!  When I had gone through this program before..I was actually pairing it with Turbo Jam and doing doubles with the 2 programs! I was honestly in the best shape of my life during that time!!  So..I started this week off with a 4am round of P90X and then on my lunch hour at work..cranked out day one of Insanity <img src='http://www.tonyalewis.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   It felt REALLY good to have my lungs on fire like that..haha&#8230;I know I know..crazy but REALLY GOOD! <img src='http://www.tonyalewis.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   I didn&#8217;t really have a hybrid schedule planned out&#8230;just decided to have my Insanity group start on a Monday so I could still have my Sunday rest day!!  It worked out perfect!  I LOVED doing doubles this week and can&#8217;t wait for next!  I&#8217;m already feeling a difference from adding more cardio!  My body NEEDS more cardio and this is the perfect mix!</strong></p>
<p><strong>On another note&#8230;my group is seeming to fall behind a little bit!  I still have 2 really strong participants who have followed through with posting on our group page for accountability.  One has completely decided that P90X is just not for her&#8230;which I&#8217;m ok with..bcuz it&#8217;s all about finding your &#8220;soul-mate&#8221; workout.  I certainly won&#8217;t just let her give up&#8230;but now I know we can move her into another program that might be better suited for her needs.  The other 2 are still working on it but have admitted to a couple of slack days here and there!  I&#8217;m still super proud of the entire group for getting this far!  I&#8217;m pushing them HARD moving into week 8!!  We made it this far&#8230;</strong></p>

<p><strong>I&#8217;ve noticed that my team has started to slip a little bit..part of the group requirement is that they post in our private FB page every day&#8230;did you do your workout or not?  I know that lives get busy and especially during the holidays!  My job is to PUSH them to continue this journey and continue to BE STRONG and keep pushing through!  Part of MY job is to reach out to each person individually that I see slipping away and find out what we can do to really motivate them.  This is what I&#8217;m working on now with a couple of people in the group and hoping that I can hold them accountable for this next 6 weeks to come!  We are ALMOST DONE!!</strong></p>
<p><strong>So far week 6 has been great for me&#8230;I have crushed all workouts..except Back &amp; Biceps yesterday..I went so hardcore the first half of the workout that I kinda dogged it during the 2nd half&#8230;Ab Ripper X has become a treat&#8230;it hurts..but it feels so good <img src='http://www.tonyalewis.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   Yoga was amazing today&#8230;I was really in the moment and enjoyed it&#8230;very relaxing..bare feet and dark room&#8230;loved it!  Excited to move into week 7!! </strong></p>

<p><strong>Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps + Ab RipperX</strong></p>
<p><strong>An amazing 4am workout today&#8230;didn&#8217;t skip a beat!  It HURT&#8230;not gonna lie!  My shoulders were ON FIYA!!  I&#8217;m in some serious need of the Results &amp; Recovery Formula!  Believe it or not&#8230;I have never tried it!  I&#8217;m such a Shakeology addict so I tend to just use that for recovery but I&#8217;m heading in to order the R&amp;R for these sore muscles!!  Ready for some Plyo tomorrow!!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Days 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6&#8230;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Even with this week being the week of Christmas..still managed to crank out every single workout!  I dogged Yoga a little bit on Day 4 but I got through the hardest parts..I had to quit early during the balance postures but still felt like I really got a great workout!  Sooo happy to have ended on Saturday&#8211;Christmas Eve!  Merry Christmas to everyone and a very HAPPY REST DAY!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Day 1: Yoga X:</strong></p>
<p><strong>FANTASTIC day of Yoga today!!  Really enjoyed it for some odd reason haha!  I normally have a really hard time with the yoga x days but today I was really IN IT and I really enjoyed it!  Feels like it&#8217;s going to be a really great week of mixin&#8217; it up!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 2: Core Synergistics</strong></p>
<p><strong>To be quite honest with you&#8230;I couldn&#8217;t remember this one!  It&#8217;s been a long time since I&#8217;ve done a complete round of P90X and I knew that I really enjoyed this one but as I was going through it I was surprised at how much I had forgotten..AND how incredibly tough it was!  CRAZY banana rolls and superman stuff!  I love it!  I def need more floor space or another mat rolled out so I don&#8217;t have to adjust the moves!!  LOVED it today!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 3: Kenpo</strong></p>
<p><strong>I don&#8217;t think there will ever be a day that I don&#8217;t want to do Kenpo! This workout seems to go super fast..it&#8217;s fun..I love the kicking..punching..blocks..all of it!  Emma even joined me today during the blocks series and she also tried the X jumps!  Way too stinkin&#8217; cute!  Looking forward to X Stretch tomorrow!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 4: Stretch X</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ahhhhh&#8230;.nothing much to say about this day other than Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh&#8230;what a fantastic treat this was!!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 5: Core Synergistics</strong></p>
<p><strong>So excited to be rounding up the end of week 4!!  I can&#8217;t wait to hear about my team results!!  I ended my workout a bit short today because I got started a bit later than planned!  Still rocked it!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 6: Yoga X</strong></p>
<p><strong>I am honestly really starting to LOVE my Yoga days!  I really think it is 100% your mindset.  If you push play knowing that you are going to HATE Yoga&#8230;then guess what&#8230;you will HATE YOGA!  The last couple of times I have had a yoga day..my mindset has changed..I have been IN THE MOMENT and I have really enjoyed it!  It&#8217;s hard&#8230;very hard&#8230;but very rewarding and feels amazing when done!!  Ooommmmm <img src='http://www.tonyalewis.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Day 1: Chest &amp; Back + Ab Ripper X</strong></p>
<p><strong>Another 4am rise to crush day 1 of week 3!!  Just came off the weekend and I&#8217;m excited to get through week 3 so my group can move into weeks 4-5-6 of something a little different!  I love this about P90X!!  I think it&#8217;s important to switch it up..not only for the muscle confusion but because people get BORED!!  The first 2 weeks have been rough with the group!!  We have had some sick people&#8211;including myself&#8230;some skipped workouts from some of the participants&#8230;but ultimately everyone is pressing on and really ready to rock week 3!!  Excited for our 30 day results coming up soon!!  :)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 2: Plyo</strong></p>
<p><strong>Urghh. Today was one of those days that I didn&#8217;t get up super early..it&#8217;s an @home day for me so I knew that I could sleep in a bit and mosey around in the morning getting the girls off to school!  I love a 9am workout!!  10am-ish Shakeology!  I wouldn&#8217;t say I dogged it today on my workout&#8230;but I definitely wasn&#8217;t feeling it! I know I still gave it 100%&#8230;worked hard on each exercise and even completed the bonus round!!  Felt great when I was done but I almost think that being sick the first week and not getting enough sleep the last couple of nights definitely effected my workout today!  I realized I haven&#8217;t been posting about my diet during these past couple of weeks&#8211;so just a quick update&#8230;I&#8217;ve actually been trying to follow the P90X Fat Burner Level 1 which is 1800 calories.  I have been tracking my calories with MyFitnessPal app on my iPhone.  Almost EVERY DAY I have come in UNDER my calorie goal&#8230;which I know is not good&#8230;it&#8217;s totally the story of my life!  I&#8217;m trying!!  I&#8217;ve done really well today and then when I input my workout&#8230;I was still almost 600 cals away from my goal AFTER I ate dinner!!  Still working on consuming enough calories!!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 3: Shoulders &amp; Arms + Ab Ripper X</strong></p>
<p><strong>I love this day&#8230;today I think I felt a little sore though and my mindset was not all happy and cheery like usual while going through this workout!  I honestly felt like stopping several times..my arms felt like they were on FIRE!!  I have clients come to me all of the time and ask me how I get through it when I just don&#8217;t feel like it.  I tell them it&#8217;s all about the mindset.  Think about how shitty I would have felt if I would have given up or quit half way through just bcuz I didn&#8217;t really feel like it??  Yeah&#8230;I change the mindset&#8230;I tell myself that success is my only option&#8230;failure is not (unless it&#8217;s muscle failure!)  I crushed it. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 4: Yoga X</strong></p>
<p><strong>Not gonna lie&#8230;kinda dogged it today!  Just sayin&#8217; <img src='http://www.tonyalewis.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 5: Legs &amp; Back + Ab Ripper X</strong></p>
<p><strong>So my day begins with a change of plans!!  Hubby is now sick..I guess I passed on my sinus infection and yuckies to him!!  Sorry hubbs!  So..here I stress because now instead of running downstairs to do Legs/Back&#8230;I have to take Emma to daycare and I have a 10:30 appointment to meet a lady across town..and THEN I have to go shopping for the perfect dress for the weekend for my husband&#8217;s company Christmas party!  Eeek! ( I know I know..should have had it done already!)  All day long while I was out running errands I knew that I had to hurry home&#8230;get my workout DONE and quickly run out the door to meet hubby at my hotel for the weekend!  Can you guess what happened?  Yep&#8230;Legs &amp; Back GOT SKIPPED!  Booooo!  First workout in this series that I have actually skipped!  I hate hate hate that feeling but the day turned into a huge rush!  I packed up my P90X in my suitcase and headed out the door&#8230;who says you can&#8217;t workout on vacation?</strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 6: Well&#8230;I guess this week got dogged all over the place!!  Took my Kenpo to crank it out in the hotel..but when hubby surprised me with an all day spa package&#8230;well&#8230;the rest is history! <img src='http://www.tonyalewis.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   I&#8217;m really glad that I&#8217;m disciplined enough to NOT let this ruin my ongoing challenge!!  I only share this information with you guys because I need you to know that THIS IS FOR REAL!  Sometimes workouts get skipped&#8230;and you just have to keep moving forward!!  Better luck next week!! <img src='http://www.tonyalewis.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </strong></p>

<p><strong>I am soooo glad that I can finally breathe!!  Having a sinus infection and completely blocked nasal passages can really put a damper on the mood!!  MOST people in this situation would NOT do their workout&#8230;they would most likely sit around all day wiping their nose and feeling sorry for themselves.  Ok..so call me hardcore but I can&#8217;t stress enough HOW GOOD I felt DURING my workouts even while I was sick.  As the leader of the pack and trying to set this example for my Challenge group&#8230;there was no way I was going to skip a workout&#8230;and I&#8217;m so glad that I pressed play every day!!  Today I started my day at 4am with a little Chest/Back and Ab Ripper X!  It always feels so great to get it done first thing in the morning before I head to the office!!  I don&#8217;t have the stress of &#8220;when am I going to fit my workout in?!!&#8221;  I can&#8217;t handle going all day knowing that I have to do it at night!  MORNING WORKOUTS ROCK MY SOCKS! </strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Day 2: PLYO!!</strong></p>
<p><strong>I was excited to do Plyo today..it&#8217;s one of my favorites and now that I&#8217;m feeling up to par&#8230;I knew I would totally crush today&#8217;s workout!!  I waited until a little bit later in the morning this time..I had to watch Live with Kelly while sipping my green tea!!  Here&#8217;s the thing with putting it off for a while in the morning&#8230;not doing it first thing.  IF YOU HAVE THE DISCIPLINE and you KNOW that you will do it after you have relaxed for a few..it&#8217;s OK.  If you sit down to watch something like Live or the news or whatever..and an hour goes by and then you realize that you have to go somewhere so you better go take a shower and just skip it&#8230;THIS is what will lead to a month of skipping your workout!!  I knew that I had a good hour that I could sit and relax with my baby girl and my yummy tea before pushing play&#8230;and that I would still have time to shower and get ready&#8230;popping in laundry in between by the way&#8230;and running out the door to take Emma to gymnastics!  MY POINT&#8230;I make it a priority!  No excuses!  No giving up!  Always pressing on!  It&#8217;s worth it!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Day 3: Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper X</strong></p>
<p><strong>Up early again sipping my green tea!!  Big girl out the door&#8230;little girl in her jammies and me on the computer (gee..weird-lol).  I was in another one of those relaxing moods and knowing that I have all day to clean house and do laundry&#8230;I waited until about 10am to hop on the party train and get my workout done!!  Emma came down and participated today with a little Ab Ripper X!!  Video coming shortly!!  This is what&#8217;s so great about being at home with my girls and that they see how dedicated mommy is with her workouts!!  I am so so so blessed that I can build a business through health and fitness AT HOME while keeping myself and my family in the best shape possible&#8211;physically and financially!  It&#8217;s been a huge blessing!!  I know that this is off of the realm of working out but I just have to share that this year bcuz of my Beachbody business, I was able to go on a SHOPPING SPREE this year on Black Friday&#8230;ALL cash from BB income!!  HELLO!!  Who wouldn&#8217;t love this job?!  Not only am I thriving in the financial department&#8230;but I couldn&#8217;t be happier with the fact that these challenges are definitely keeping me on my toes AND to top it off&#8230;my challenge peeps are ALREADY seeing some amazing results!!  Shawn Kennedy..the ONE DUDE on this challenge group has already lost 8 POUNDS in his first week!!  His big goal is lose 30 in 30!!  Stay tuned to hear his story and see his amazing results!!  Until tomorrow&#8230;I&#8217;m outtie <img src='http://www.tonyalewis.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 4 Yoga X</strong></p>
<p><strong>Today was definitely a harder yoga day for me!  I couldn&#8217;t WAIT to get to the balance postures!  I&#8217;ve heard such a mix of feelings on the X yoga&#8230;I&#8217;m not really a yoga girl to begin with so this is especially hard for me!!  I guess the biggest thing with yoga is just like Tony says&#8230;you&#8217;ve really got to clear your mind and just be in the moment!  Kinda hard to do when you have a 4.6 maltese jumping on you and barking because she just wants to play!!  I mean sheesh..I am down low on the ground..she thinks it&#8217;s time to jump on me!  This combined with my kiddos in and out of the room asking me for water..milk..snacks..lol.  Lets just say this&#8230;I FINISHED&#8230;all the way to the Oooooms!!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Day 5 &#8211; Legs &amp; Back + Ab Ripper X</strong></p>
<p><strong>Today was one of those days that I very likely would have skipped out on if I was not leading this group challenge!  Not because I didn&#8217;t feel like doing it&#8230;but because I knew that we had so much going on with the family!!  We had plans to leave somewhat early to get a Christmas tree and we drive about an hour to get it&#8230;so I knew it would be an all day event!!  I had to really change my mindset and made it a priority!  I told the hubby that I really needed to get it done first thing before we took off&#8230;so I set my alarm and I never changed my mindset about it!  I felt amazing while doing my workout knowing that if I would have skipped it&#8230;later in the day I would have been upset with myself!  This group is really helping ME along my journey as well!!  Funny thing about Legs &amp; Back&#8230;when I first did P90X&#8230;this was the one day that I HATED!  I&#8217;m not sure if it&#8217;s just because maybe I thought it was really hard&#8230;I don&#8217;t remember why I didn&#8217;t like it&#8230;but NOW..I love it..it&#8217;s one of my favorites! </strong></p>
<p><strong>Day 6 &#8211; Kenpo X</strong></p>
<p><strong>It&#8217;s hard to believe that week 2 is already done!  Totally crushed my Kenpo today..love this one!  Found out from my challenge peeps that we are starting to see some really good results!!  Shawn Kennedy is down 15lbs in only 14 days!  Nina Sweet is down 7lbs!  Tiffany Foley is down 1lb and we still have results coming in! I weighed in and I&#8217;m surprised to be down 6lbs!!  This was in combo with doing a 3 day Shakeology cleanse as well!!  Can&#8217;t wait to move into week 3 and see some more awesome results!!  Time to REST!!</strong></p>
